Wellbeing - Keeping Active
Being active and getting outside is really beneficial for our mental health. When we exercise, the body release endorphins which make you feel great!
Physical activity can help with:
- better sleep
- managing stress and anxiety
- improving self esteem
- improving mood
- connecting with others
It is really important to do what is best for you. Although physical exercise and being active works for some people, it may not work for everyone. Sometimes, it can have a negative impact on Mental Health and this is important to keep an eye on.
